Think of real-time data about the inventory level, product data, orders, returns and customer data. All incoming and outgoing transactions can be followed in real time via our unique system. Reports can be printed at any time for orders, inventory and returns. You can also create your own shipping labels. This allows you to continue working efficiently and cost-saving.
Within the e-warehouse system, all orders are clearly displayed. The orders are divided into different categories: picking process, backorder, orders ready for shipment, shipment tomorrow, return process, archive and research. Within each category, all orders are visible and various data such as status, reference and customer data can be found. In addition to real-time insight into all order data, an address validation has been added to the system, so that incorrect shipments can be intercepted. Do you also use other sales channels such as Bol.com, Ebay or even physical stores in addition to your own online platform? No problem! The system contains links to your e-commerce platforms where necessary. This makes it possible to maintain all orders in one overview within e-warehouse. Similar to orders and stock, the return processes are also transparent within e-warehouse. These are automatically loaded into the system, where the track & trace can also be followed. Data such as date, articles, reason for return and any photos of packing slips, labels or products can be added. There is also a return validation in the system so that it is clear which returns have been processed.
